That is an unusual thing for a training company to say, and it is the reason this one exists.

Best Sales Training Company of the Year 2023, Transformance Forums
Most sales training is bought on a brief and delivered on a curriculum. A leader describes a problem, a vendor proposes the programme they already have, and everyone discovers afterwards whether the two matched.
Often they do not. A team losing deals at qualification is sent on closing training. A team whose target structure rewards the wrong behaviour is sent on anything at all, and the structure wins.
So we start with a diagnosis and put the findings in writing before anything is designed, including findings that were not part of the brief. Sometimes the document says the constraint is not capability. We would rather say that than take the work.

Find the constraint before anyone spends.
More → 02Selling Excellently™, ten modules, customised to your deals.
More → 03Equip managers to coach live opportunities, not inspect stages.
More → 04Monthly clinics on live deals, so the change survives the quarter.
More → 05Where the target structure is the constraint rather than the team.
More →You can engage one phase or all five. Most engagements begin with a diagnosis. Every engagement ends with an agreed measure.
Interviews with salespeople and leaders separately, win and loss review, quotations examined, and the point at which your team enters the buying process. Presented to leadership in writing.
Measures baselined during the diagnosis. Targets and review points agreed in writing. The programme is assessed against your own sales data, not attendance, satisfaction scores or post-training confidence.
Selling Excellently™ is our own method, not a licensed curriculum, and it is delivered only by trainers certified under a controlled process. That is the point of a shared method: it is the same method whether the session runs in Pune, Coimbatore or Dubai.
Manager coaching, live opportunity clinics, reinforcement and measurement are part of the system rather than optional extras. The value of training is decided in the weeks after the room, not by how the final session felt.
Every case study on this site states what was counted and over what period. Most firms in this market publish the figure alone.

Our founder, Jeet Vadher, was named in SiliconIndia’s ranking of the top corporate sales coaches and trainers in India. What the recognition covers
Pitch Perfect India was founded in January 2017 by Jeet Vadher, who built Selling Excellently™ and certifies the trainers who deliver it. Radha Vadher, co-founder, leads growth, marketing and design.
Delivery runs through a team of certified trainers, with English, Hindi, Gujarati and Tamil capability. Every diagnosis is run by a senior consultant rather than delegated to a researcher, which is unusual in this market and deliberate.
You tell us what you are seeing. We tell you what we would look at first, and whether training is likely to be the answer.
Your own data, and interviews with your salespeople and managers, separately.
Built on your deals, with measures and review points agreed in writing before anything starts.
Pitch Perfect India is a sales training and performance company founded in Pune in 2017. We diagnose before we design, and we would rather tell you not to buy training than sell you the wrong one.
Every engagement starts with a diagnosis, not a pitch. In twenty minutes we will understand what you are seeing, test whether it looks like a skills, process, manager or target issue, and tell you what we would investigate first. If training is not the right answer, we will say so.
